Independent Advisor (Part-Time)
|
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field; a master’s degree in a related engineering discipline is preferred.
- Jordanian national.
- The position is based in Amman, Jordan.
- At least 12 years of experience in oil and gas projects, preferably in drilling, field development, and gas pipeline projects.
- Experience managing contractors, service providers and other stakeholders.
- International experience at the level of major oil and gas companies.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.

- Review production scenarios and infrastructure capacity and support phased planning to align pipeline construction with expected increases in gas field output.
- Review drilling and field development plans and provide advice on appraisal strategies, phased development, and operational risks.
- Contribute to technical and commercial evaluations of development options, identify investment and execution risks, and support decision frameworks and gate reviews.
- Support coordination among stakeholders and contribute to technical and strategic discussions.
- Develop KPIs and performance tracking frameworks, prepare periodic reports, and participate in quarterly reviews.
- Coordinate with finance and management teams to align operational performance indicators with strategic objectives.
- Prepare key deliverables such as strategic assessment reports, production and infrastructure alignment reviews, risk and opportunity analyses, management briefings, dashboards and phased development recommendations.
